"I stayed here for 2 nights as my flight rescheduled from Delhi. The bed sheet was really dirty so i had to get it changed. The water in the washroom was salty - and i checked in really late and requested for a half an hour late check out due to my flight timing and still they were not at all accommodating of it. The electricity went off a couple of times at night so it did get scary for me all alone."

"Location is good staff was good but there was no water supply in the room as well well in washroom so I left after 1 hour,and when I complaint about it at reception they said sorry sir bata dete hum krwa dete."

"Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Yourself a Favor and Stay Away! I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was disgusting – the sheets were stained, the carpet smelled like mold, and there were mysterious stains on the walls. I didn’t even want to touch anything, let alone sleep in that bed! The service was even worse than the room. The staff was rude and unhelpful, acting like my requests for basic necessities (like clean towels and working Wi-Fi) were unreasonable demands. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence and had the audacity to argue with me when I reported the bathroom faucet was leaking nonstop. It was clear that they didn’t care about customer service at all. I've stayed in budget hotels before, but this was beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to ruin your trip and waste your money!"
